Removed an existing 65,000 square ft. roofing system and installed a new Built-up Roofing (BUR) system. It also included replacing damaged roof decking and installing new ladders, roof curbs, hatches, and metal flashing.
Baltimore County Public Safety Building, Towson, MD
Removed an existing 17,000 square ft. roof and installed a new Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system. The project also incorporated concrete repairs, masonry point-up, disposal, mechanical equipment replacement, and new ladders.
